Central PA Commercial Real Estate Firm Announces New Partner and Reorganization
Harrisburg, PA – NAI CIR, the 54-year-old Central Pennsylvania commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Casey Khuri as the company’s newest Partner. Khuri has been with the firm for over eight (8) years. Starting as Director of Operations in 2015, she expanded her role to include strategic initiatives and business development while assisting clients in transactions. Most recently as Vice President, she oversaw the firm’s expansion with a new office location in Carlisle, PA, and the recruitment of four (4) new associates in 2023.
She joins Robin Zellers, SIOR, FRICS, CRE, and Nik Sgagias as Partners in leading the firm. “Nik and I are so pleased to welcome Casey as a Partner. She has been the driving force in coordinating our well-considered expansion and leading the entrepreneurial culture of NAI CIR”’ said Zellers. Among her many community engagements, Khuri is a Board Member of Herbert Roland & Grubic, Past-Chair of the Capital Region Economic Development Corp. (“CREDC”), and Past-President of Harrisburg Young Professionals (“HYP”).
With the addition of Khuri, the firm has implemented an executive reorganization. Zellers has been appointed CEO and Managing Broker, Sgagias has been named President and Managing Partner, and Khuri has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. In addition to the new executive roles, for the first time in the company’s 54-year history, NAI CIR has awarded titles for sales agents to reflect overall performance, professional experience, and community engagement.
