Zellers and Khuri honored for the Largest Office and Member Associate transaction in 2024.
Washington, D.C. – May 8, 2025 – Robin Zellers, SIOR, and Casey Khuri, SIOR Member Associate, of NAI CIR were recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for completing one of the organization’s 2024 Top Transactions. The pair earned awards in the categories of Largest Office Transaction and Largest Member Associate Transaction. Each spring, SIOR presents its Top Transaction Awards, recognizing the largest industrial and office sales and lease transactions completed by its members worldwide.
Zellers and Khuri were recognized for brokering the lease of 724,096 square feet of office space in Harrisburg, PA—a transaction valued at $178.3 million. Their collaboration showcases the strength of SIOR’s global network of top-tier commercial real estate professionals.
