Harrisburg, PA – Penn Center, located at 2601 N. 3rd Street in Harrisburg, has been acquired by Pennmark Harrisburg Holdings, LLC.
The property was originally home to the Polyclinic Hospital and grew to total 271,043 square feet throughout three (3) buildings on 6.36 acres. In 2004, the property was sold to Penn Center Harrisburg, LP, local investors who operated and self-managed the property as an office campus.
Pennmark Harrisburg Holdings LLC is an affiliate of Pennmark Management. Based out of Montgomery County, Pennmark is a full-service real estate development and management company with retail, office, residential and flex properties throughout the East Coast.
