York, PA – Four adjacent properties located at 705 Locust Point Road, 725 Locust Point Road, 25 E. Andes Road, and 45 E. Andes Road have been sold to CH Realty X-HC | Harrisburg Locust Point Park L.L.C. Together, the parcels total approximately 20.66 acres.
The new owner plans to develop a modern warehouse facility to support the growing industrial market in York County. The site is positioned along Interstate 83, approximately ten miles from downtown York, offering strong regional connectivity and access to major transportation routes.
