NAI CIR Sells Gettysburg Land for New Wawa & Chick-fil-A
Gettysburg, PA – Tract 1, located along Gateway Boulevard in Gettysburg, has been sold to Straban 30 Developers LLC, an affiliate of Paramount Realty. The 19-acre tract will be developed to include Gettysburg’s first Wawa, a new Chick-fil-A, and two additional retail pad sites.
Gateway Gettysburg continues to expand as a mixed-use destination, offering a range of services to the community including hospitality, retail, medical, and now quick-service dining and fuel.
