NAI CIR Opens New Branch Office in Carlisle, PA
Carlisle, PA – NAI CIR is proud to announce the opening of its new branch office in Carlisle, PA. As the first exclusively commercial real estate firm to open its doors in Carlisle, NAI CIR’s new location represents the company’s second location in Central Pennsylvania. Located at 3 Jennifer Court off Walnut Bottom Road, this office is home to two (2) new team members, Pamela E. Fisher and Kimberly Wickard. As a licensed agent, Pam brings significant development knowledge and experience to NAI CIR. “We have been serving the Carlisle market for over 50 years. We believe that as Carlisle continues to grow, we need to grow with Carlisle. Pam Fisher has been a consultant, representing clients in South Central Pennsylvania since the mid 1980’s. She has been involved in the research of numerous environmental projects and held positions on several boards, including PennDOT Hearing Appeals Board and PA DEP Environmental Hearing Board. Identifying a gap in the market, Pam started her own development consulting company, specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential development. Pam has represented warehouses, shopping centers, strip centers, hotels, banks, churches and major residential developments. Pam’s additional development projects include the development of a Microtel Hotel and a recently submitted Hyatt House in Hampden Township. Having spent the last eight (8) years in real estate brokerage, she has participated in several significant projects in Carlisle, including the sale of the newly constructed PA State Police Building. Pam is currently listing land and offices throughout the greater Carlisle area.
Kim Wickard joins NAI CIR with outstanding real estate administrative experience. She is responsible for listing management, data coordination and assisting to facilitate settlements. Kim has been working with Pam for years and enjoys being part of the NAI CIR team environment.
