Background

Pam has been a consultant and represented clients in South Central PA since the mid 1980’s. Starting out as the Office Manager and Land Planner for husband, Stephen G. Fisher, she then became the Land Planner with Fisher, Mowery, Rosendale & Associates. Between her roles as Sr. Planning Consultant and Vice President at Dawood Associates, Inc. and Senior Consultant for Duffield Associates, Inc., she assisted in the research of numerous environmental projects. Pam has also been on the PennDOT Hearing Appeals Board, part of the Turnpike’s Condemnation hearings and on the PA DEP Environmental Hearing Board. She has assisted the PA DEP in visiting municipalities and helping Township’s understand the importance of sewage planning and following regulations.

Pam started her own Development Consultant company, P. Fisher & Associates. The company specialized in commercial, industrial, and residential development. She has represented warehousing, shopping centers, strip centers, hotels, banks, churches, major residential developments, etc.

Having spent the last 8 years in real estate at Berkshire Hathaway Home Sale Services, she had her hands in several projects in Carlisle, PA. She sold the newly constructed PA State Police Building in Carlisle, where she worked on the Subdivision that created the lot, and the Land Development Plan when the facility was designed and constructed.

Pam brings a deeply rooted knowledge of the development processes in PA to NAI CIR.
