Harrisburg, PA – The investment property located at 55 S. Progress Avenue has been sold to the local investment group, AGAM 1 Properties LLC. The 7,560 square-foot, fully occupied property consists of two (2) long-term tenants, O’lee de Lux Salon Professionals and KD’s Preferred Home Care Agency.
