NAI CIR Sells 15,000 SF Retail Property on Jonestown Road
Harrisburg, PA – A 15,000-square-foot retail property at 4747 Jonestown Road in Harrisburg has been sold to Jonestown Realty Partners, LLC. The transaction also included three adjacent residential properties located at 4706, 4708, and 4712 Queen Street.
The buyer plans to occupy approximately two-thirds of the building for their own business operations. M&Z Carpets, a current tenant, will relocate to a new suite within the property.
