NAI CIR Relocates Americhem International Headquarters
Middletown, PA – AIS Property Management, LLC has acquired the industrial property at 1441 Stoneridge Drive in Middletown. Following the sale, Americhem International will relocate its headquarters from 1401 AIP Drive and occupy the 65,000-square-foot warehouse, supporting its continued growth and operations.
Founded in 1989, Americhem International is a family-owned wholesale distributor of facility supplies.
