NAI CIR Facilitates Sale of Industrial Property to Lefler Heating & Cooling

New Oxford, PA – NAI CIR has sold the 27,000 square-foot industrial property located at 125 Hanover Street in New Oxford, situated on 4.15 acres, to Lefler Heating & Cooling, LLC. Lefler Heating & Cooling, a family-owned contractor business serving Adams, York, and surrounding counties, will utilize the property in an owner/user capacity to support its growing operations.
