Sgagias, of NAI CIR, Sells Harrisburg Office

Harrisburg, PA – The 1,550 square foot freestanding office located at 12 S. Mountain Road in Harrisburg has been sold to Pokhrel Brothers LLC. The new owners will be renting the space to Neoly Homecare LLC, a local non-medical home care agency providing aide and companion care services to seniors, elderly, and mentally and physically challenged adults. Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction.
