Muncy, PA – The 11-acre site, located at Shady Lane in Muncy, was purchased by Shady Lane Partners LLC. The land will be converted into a solar farm to generate electricity for the area. David Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in the transaction.

Schuylkill Haven, PA – The 5-acre site, located at 0 Route SR-2010 SS W Adamsdale in Schuylkill Haven, was purchased by Adamsdale Rd Land Partners LLC. This land will be converted into a solar farm. David Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in the transaction.

New Freedom, PA – The 14.62-acre site, located at 127 Pleasant Avenue in New Freedom, was purchased by Solar Renewable Energy, LLC. The land will be converted into a solar farm to generate electricity for the area. David Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in the transaction.
