Camp Hill, PA – The retail center known as the Shoppes of Hampden at 3608-3760 Market Street in Camp Hill has been sold to Tenny Group Properties LLC. The 40,000 square foot retail center services the Camp Hill community with various tenants including UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Elements Hairology, El Ola Mediterranean Grocery, and 3700 Market Restaurant. Craig Rahn and Chris Wilsbach, of NAI CIR, handled this off-market transaction.
