Background
Bret Palmer is a commercial real estate professional who takes a straightforward, relationship-driven approach. He enjoys getting to know his clients, understanding their goals, and helping them navigate the process with confidence.
Prior to commercial real estate, Bret worked in business development for a commercial construction firm, where he gained a strong understanding of how projects come together from the ground up. He also spent time with Atlas Roofing Corporation in sales and account management, building lasting relationships and delivering for his clients. Earlier in his career, Bret served in law enforcement, which shaped his work ethic, integrity, and ability to stay calm and solutions-focused, in high stakes situations.
His leadership skills started early as a Division I swimmer at the University of Hawaii before transferring to Bloomsburg University, where he earned his degree and served as captain of the men’s swim team. A proud Eagle Scout and graduate of the Leadership Cumberland program, he is committed to personal growth and community involvement. Bret takes pride in helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate, providing clear guidance and a steady, client-first approach in every transaction.
