Background
After five years as an Executive Assistant in local government administration, Allison joined NAI CIR in 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Since then, she has advanced through several roles, including Agent Support, and now serves as Operations Director.
In her current position, Allison oversees daily operations, transaction management, administrative staff and interns, new agent onboarding, and assists with accounting, billing, and invoicing. She takes great pride in her attention to detail, proactive approach to challenges, and the trust she has earned from agents, staff, and management.
