Harrisburg, PA – The 0.50-acre site located at 230 N 3rd Street in the City of Harrisburg has been sold. Located across from the Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex and one (1) block from Harrisburg’s Restaurant Row, the property operates as a parking lot, servicing employees of City businesses and tourists visiting the State’s Capital. The new owners will continue to operate this investment as a parking lot.
