Former 717 Armory in Harrisburg Sold by NAI CIR’s Amber Corbo

Harrisburg, PA – A 22,500 square foot warehouse located at 7500 Derry Street has been sold for $1.9 million. Formerly home to 717 Armory, the property will be repurposed into a new retail store serving Swatara Township residents with a broad selection of merchandise, including perishable and non-perishable food items, furniture, and everyday household goods.

717 Armory has successfully relocated just across the street to 7601 Derry Street, continuing its operations in a new space designed to better serve its customers. The grand opening of the new 717 Armory retail store is scheduled for July 26 at 10 a.m. Stop by to explore new inventory, enjoy great deals, and support a local Central PA business.
