Selinsgrove, PA – The 1.18-acre commercial lot located at 679-709 N. Susquehanna Trail in Selinsgrove has been sold to Shiny Shell – Selinsgrove, LLC. The seller, Robert Grayston, owner of both Selinsgrove Storage LLC and Central PA Corp LLC, packaged both parcels together to create an ideal corner for retail development on the heavily traveled Route 11/15.
