Harrisburg, PA – The investment property located at 6530 Derry Street in Harrisburg has been sold to Thien Nguyen. The mixed-use investment property includes two buildings with a mix of five (5) apartments and four (4) commercial units. The commercial tenants include a laundromat, MJ Morgan and Home Health Care.
