McSherrystown, PA – NAI CIR has facilitated the sale of a 2,500 square foot mixed-use investment property at 517 Main Street in McSherrystown, PA, to The Christmas-Dale Trust.
Located outside of Hanover, the property is comprised of a retail suite, two (2) residential units and a fully occupied garage unit. The retail suite will undergo minor renovations before being offered for lease.
