NAI CIR Sells 34,000 SF Harrisburg Class A Office
Harrisburg, PA – The 34,000 square foot office building located at 4200 Crums Mill Road in Lower Paxton has been sold to Crums Mill PA, LLC. The buyer, a regional owner/operator, plans to move an adult daycare into the first floor of the multi-tenant building by the end of January 2024.
Located near the I-81 and I-83 Interchange, the Class A, two-story office was extensively renovated in 2017 and 2019.
