Historic Altland House Owners Acquire Adjacent Land
Abbottstown, PA – The 0.27-acre commercial property at 36 Fleet Street in Abbottstown has been sold to TI Limited Partnership. The new owner, which operates the historic Altland House, plans to utilize the property as an investment and for additional parking to support the renowned tavern.
Established in 1763, Altland House Inn & Suites is one of the oldest and most historic inns in South Central Pennsylvania. The property features ten guest rooms, a restaurant, a pub, and is home to Center Square Brewing.
