Flavor 76 Catering Leases Final Suite in Highspire Strip Center
Highspire, PA – A 2,100-square-foot retail suite located at 311 2nd Street in Highspire has been leased to Flavor 76 Catering. The local, full-service catering and private chef company is making the strategic move into its first brick-and-mortar location, offering customers a new dine-in experience.
Owner Stephen Colston plans to maintain the company’s strong catering focus while using the new location to increase community visibility, expand guest services, and host private events.
Amber Corbo of NAI CIR represented the landlord, while Nicholas Balint, also of NAI CIR, represented the tenant in the transaction.
