Corbo Sells Investment Property to Owner-User

Harrisburg, PA – The investment property located at 2741-2771 Paxton Street in Harrisburg has been sold to Harrisburg Investment LLC. Purchased from Murphy Rentals, the new owners are currently occupying one of the 6,000 square foot suites as a tobacco distributor alongside existing tenants: Hertz, New Life Church, Hose Help LLC, CBN Enterprise and Horizon America LLC.
