York, PA – The mixed-use property at 267–269 E. Market Street in York has been sold to Crocker Run LLC. The building sits on 0.11 acres within York’s historic arts corridor with convenient access to Interstates 81 and 83. The fully leased, five-unit investment property features one commercial suite and four two-bedroom apartments. The first floor is occupied by long-standing tenant, Justice Works Family of Services.

Justice Works Family of Services is a family- and child-focused social services organization providing child welfare support and serving youth in the Juvenile Court System. Its York location continues to serve the community as part of a broader, multi-state network responding to increasing demand for its services.
