Harrisburg, PA – The single-tenant net leased (NNN) investment property located at 235 Division Street in Harrisburg has been sold to local investor Mark A. White.
The 6,360-square-foot single-tenant medical office building is leased to long-term tenant, AEG Vision, a national healthcare company that supports local optometry practices. The company will remain in occupancy under the new ownership.
