East Berlin, PA – The special purpose building located at 2181 Baltimore Pike in East Berlin, has been sold to Church of God of Prophecy Northeast Region. The New Jersey-based buyer purchased the property to expand into Central PA. The +/-2,000 square foot property on 0.51 acres formerly housed the Church of God of Prophecy of Pennsylvania. James D.
