NAI CIR Sells Harrisburg Office to Local Investor
Harrisburg, PA – The multi-tenant investment property located at 215 Pine Street in the City of Harrisburg has been sold to 215 Pine Street Properties. Located in the Downtown Central Business District one block from the State Capitol Complex, the investment property included two long-term leases to the General Services Administration (GSA). Chris Wilsbach, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction.
