211 Walnut Street Now Fully Leased in Harrisburg City
Lemoyne, PA – March 1, 2019: The 800 SF office space located at 211 Walnut Street in Harrisburg has been leased by Moravia Health from NR Group LL. Moravia Health joins Hookah Lounge and Restaurant to make 211 Walnut Street fully leased. Hookah Lounge and Restaurant renovated the previous 2,400 SF Pep Grill into a new Hookah bar and lounge. Nathan Kranz, of NAI CIR, represented the landlord and Pete Higgins, of NAI CIR, represented Moravia Health while David Alderman represented Hookah Lounge and Restaurant.
