Community College Initiative Acquires Former Triangle Tech Facility in Sunbury

Sunbury, PA – Susquehanna Valley Community Education Project, Inc. has purchased the property at 191 Performance Road in Sunbury, formerly home to Triangle Tech. The 30,000 square foot facility served as a technical education center for 22 years before closing earlier this year.

Susquehanna Valley Community Education Project is a nonprofit organization working to establish a community college to serve residents across central Pennsylvania, including Northumberland, Montour, Snyder, Union, and surrounding counties. With support from private investors, the organization acquired the facility as a key step toward launching a new private licensed school, with plans to submit an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Education Bureau of Private Licensed Schools.

This transaction was completed through the collaborative efforts of NAI CIR and NAI Burns Scalo, leveraging the strength of the NAI Global network.
