Local Developer Acquires Properties for Mixed-Use Development
McSherrystown, PA – The properties at 200 Main Street, 144 Main Street, 140 Main Street, and South Second Street have been sold to local developer Jordan Ilyes. The new owner plans to transform the sites into a mixed-use development featuring multi-family residential units and a retail center. This project is expected to support the area’s continued growth and enhance local amenities.
