Selinsgrove, PA – 13,125 square feet of the warehouse located at 115 Airport Road in Selinsgrove has been leased to Harlan Electric Company (HEC). As a premier electrical contractor, HEC handles large utility construction projects throughout the upper Midwest and Northeastern parts of the United States. Established in 1940, it has successfully completed hundreds of substation, transmission line, distribution, and renewable energy projects. Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction.
