NAI CIR Finds Location for Wholesaler, Mr. Brands
Lebanon, PA – The 211,358 square foot warehouse, located at 1 Keystone Drive in Lebanon has been leased to Mr. Brands, LLC. Mr. Brands will be using the space as an additional warehouse for their growing wholesaler/distributor business. For over 25 years, they have served more than 30 major retailers across the United States. Jack Shepley and Aaron Albright, of NAI CIR, and Jon Gelman, of Gelcor Realty, Inc., represented the tenant in this transaction.
